Jeff Wright
PRESIDENT, FOUNDING PARTNER
Jeff Wright is the founding member of The Privada Group, and is responsible for strategic direction and leadership of the Company and oversight of its development activities. Mr. Wright oversees the Company's investment portfolio and long-term capital planning, and participates in capital underwriting, operating agreements, business plan development and master-planning communities for The Privada Group's project portfolio. Mr. Wright is responsible for managing project level financial risk and structuring the optimum financial model aligned with the appropriate development strategy of each project. Mr. Wright also has a diverse background in engineering and extensive experience in custom residential home building, including hillside construction. Jeff participates in the Privada Control Architectural Committee (PACC) for home plan review.

Leslie Wright
Vice President, FOUNDING Partner

Leslie Wright is a managing partner of The Privada Group. Ms. Wright is responsible for ongoing land acquisition, land use entitlement matters and planning and executing of real estate development activities, including community planning, short-term and long-term capital planning, and business plan development for The Privada Group's portfolio. Ms. Wright's background in engineering, arhcitecture and finance lends experience to real estate including land acquisition and entitlement, infrastructure planning and financial management, construction, marketing and sales contracting through The Wright Real Estate Group. Ms. Wright's additional area of focus is the creative phase, including the launch and sales management of the Privada Group's communities, home design, including participation the Privada Architectural Control Committee (PACC) for home plan review.
Lance Keller
CONSTRUCTION OPERATIONS MANAGER, PROJECT ENGINEER
Lance Keller is primarily involved in land analysis and due-diligence, entitlement activities, regulatory approvals at the local, state and federal government levels, engineering and construction management of the Company's communities, including coordination with permitting agencies and contractors to ensure work is completed in accordance with approved plans and specifications within the contracted scope of work. Mr. Keller is responsible for procedures, procurement, and engineering and management oversight of the execution of our Community construction operations. Mr. Keller's extensive background in electrical, geotech and materials engineering, and local residential construction management has fostered an indispensable and reliable network of agency, regulatory officials and partner relationships.
