1. One of the most frequently asked question is, what are the elementary school boundaries for East Boise and the Barber Valley?

2. When will homesites be ready for sale?

3. When can home building begin?
A buyer will need to submit a complete set of home building plans to the Privada Architectural Committee (ACC) for review and approval. After approval, and a building permit is secured through the City of Boise, construction may commence. View more at the Architectural Review Process.
4. Can I bring my own builder?
Yes, upon approval, if your builder is experienced with the City of Boise hillside permitting requirements and foothills hillside construction and grading requirements. All builders shall have recent foothills building experience. View more at our Building Requirements. 5. Will there be a model or spec home built?
Yes, we anticipate a beautiful modern design home will begin construction soon, and will be offered for sale. Architectural design is underway.
6. Does Privada participate in the Harris Ranch Wildlife Mitigation effort?
Yes, Privada supports the management and protection of the surrounding local wildlife and habitat, thus as part of its operating charter, is proud to participate in the Harris Ranch Wildlife Mitigation Association.
